A private pool birthday party is one of the most memorable things you can give a child. No public venue, no strangers, no shared changing rooms — just your own pool, your own guest list, and a team of professionals who handle everything in the water so you can enjoy the party.
SwimFitz provides qualified teacher-lifeguards for parties of all sizes. Every member of our team holds both swimming teaching and lifeguard qualifications — one person, both roles. Whether you want us to run the whole session with structured activities and games, or simply need qualified poolside cover while your family manages the fun, we have a package to match.
Every team member is DBS checked and is experienced working with children from age two upwards. We bring all poolside equipment. You provide the pool.
Two Ways to
Book Your Party.
Pick the level of service that suits your party. All packages include fully insured, DBS-checked staff. Every team member is qualified as both a swimming teacher and a lifeguard. Tell us your numbers and ages when you enquire and we will confirm the right staffing level.
Our teacher-lifeguard takes charge of the pool session from start to finish. Structured swimming games, water challenges, relay races and activities — all planned and led by us. Children of mixed abilities are catered for. Safety cover is built in: every team member is qualified as both a swimming teacher and a lifeguard.
You run your own pool party — we provide a qualified teacher-lifeguard for poolside safety supervision throughout the session. Ideal for families who want to manage the activities themselves but need professional, qualified cover in place. Our staff hold both teaching and lifeguard qualifications; when you book Safety Cover, they focus entirely on watching the water.

Games and Challenges
Relay races, diving games, obstacle challenges, water polo and team activities — structured to match the age range and ability of your group. No two parties are identical; we tailor the session to the children attending.
Non-Swimmers Welcome
Not every child at the party will be a confident swimmer. Our teachers manage mixed ability groups as standard — beginners stay in appropriate depths, more confident swimmers get activities suited to them. No child is left out.
We Bring Everything
Floats, games equipment, poolside safety kit — all supplied by us. You do not need to provide anything for the pool session beyond the pool itself. We arrive set up and leave having cleared everything away.
Qualified Cover Throughout
Every package includes at minimum one qualified teacher-lifeguard on poolside for the full duration. Our staff hold both swimming teaching and lifeguard qualifications. All are DBS checked and carry full public liability insurance.
Flexible Session Length
Most pool party sessions run between 60 and 90 minutes. We can adapt to your overall party schedule — let us know your timings when you enquire and we will structure the pool session to fit.
We Clear Up, You Celebrate
Once the pool session is done, our team packs away all equipment and leaves the pool area as they found it. The rest of your party carries on uninterrupted. Nothing left for you to manage.
How to Book
Your Party.
Enquire
Tell us your preferred date, the number of children expected, their approximate ages, and which package interests you. The more detail you can give us upfront, the faster we can confirm availability and staffing.
We Recommend
Based on your group size and ages, we confirm the right staffing level and package. If your numbers are uncertain at this stage, we will agree a staffing plan and adjust as the date approaches.
Confirm
We agree the session format, duration, and any specific requests. A deposit secures your date. We handle everything from here — there is nothing more for you to arrange on the pool side.
Party Day
Our team arrives ahead of the session to set up. We run the pool session start to finish, pack up afterwards, and leave. You enjoy the party without any responsibility for what happens in the water.
