LTA-accredited coaches (Level 3+) comfortable across mini-tennis, juniors and adult improvers on private home courts.

Personal Trainers

REPs / CIMSPA-registered trainers for adult and junior clients, including strength, conditioning and return-to-fitness work.

Wellness

Pilates & Yoga

Qualified Pilates and yoga instructors, plus pre/postnatal specialists, delivering calm, expert sessions in clients' homes.

FAQs.

Is this employment or self-employed work?
Coaches in the SwimFitz network are self-employed and work with us on a flexible basis — you take the matched work that suits your schedule. We will set out the working arrangement clearly during the application and interview stage.
What qualifications do I need?
Discipline-appropriate, in-date governing-body qualifications — for example Swim England or STA for swimming, LTA accreditation for tennis, REPs/CIMSPA registration for personal training, and recognised certifications for Pilates, yoga and pre/postnatal work. A current Enhanced DBS and valid insurance are required before you take a client.
Do I need my own DBS and insurance already?
You will need both in place before your first session. If you do not yet hold a current Enhanced DBS or the right insurance, we can point you in the right direction during onboarding — but they must be valid before we match you with any client.
Which areas can I cover?
Anywhere you can reliably reach clients in their homes. We are strongest in London and Hertfordshire and opening Surrey, Berkshire, Kent, Sussex, Cheshire and the Oxford, Cambridge and Cotswolds areas. If you are elsewhere in England, still apply — we frequently have demand ahead of supply.
How do I get paid and find clients?
We handle enquiries and match clients to you — there is no marketing or lead-generation on your part. Rates and payment arrangements are confirmed during onboarding. The point of the network is simple: you focus on coaching, we handle the rest.
