Sighting technique without breaking your stroke rhythm, swimming in a straight line and maintaining pace through chop and wash. Simulated in the pool, applied in open water.

Session one begins with a video stroke analysis. We identify your biggest inefficiencies and rank them by impact — so we fix the right things first.

Structured Coaching Programme
Weekly or block sessions at your home pool, structured around your race calendar. Every session has a defined focus and outcome.
04 — Race
Race-Ready Confidence
You go to the start line having rehearsed your strategy, corrected your technique and built the swim fitness to execute — not just survive — the swim leg.
