If you've had a bad experience or developed anxiety around water, we specialise in rebuilding confidence slowly, safely and at your pace. No pressure, no rushing.
Level: Intermediate
Stroke Development
You can swim but want to improve. We'll video-analyse your technique, correct inefficiencies and add the strokes and drills that make a real difference to your speed and endurance.
Level: Advanced
Technique & Efficiency
For regular swimmers who want to swim faster, further and with less effort. We work on stroke rate, catch mechanics, turns and distance per stroke.

Fitness Swimming
Swimming for fitness, weight loss or cross-training. We build structured workouts designed for your goals, with progressive overload and measurable outcomes.
