We have built our process around that reality. One number to call. One person to deal with. Coaches who arrive on time, every time, and never need chasing. Credentials you can verify and report back on. And a discretion policy that means client details — address, schedule, identity — go no further than the booking.

Safeguarding
Enhanced DBS Checked
Every coach holds a current Enhanced DBS certificate, verified directly by SwimFitz before they attend any home. Renewed and re-checked on a rolling basis.
Qualification
NGB Qualified
Coaches hold the relevant national governing body qualification — STA or ASA for swimming, British Gymnastics, LTA for tennis, CIMSPA or REPs for youth fitness, recognised baby yoga teacher training for yoga. No unqualified coaches.
Insurance
Fully Insured
Every coach carries full public liability insurance. Documentation available on request for any booking.

Reference Checked
Every coach is personally interviewed by SwimFitz and reference-checked before joining the network. We do not list coaches we have not met.

01 — Enquire
Send Your Brief
WhatsApp or complete the form below. Tell us the service, your client's location, preferred days and any specific requirements. We respond the same day.
02 — Confirm
We Confirm The Coach
We match a vetted coach to your client's service and postcode. We send you full credentials — name, qualification, DBS reference, insurance — before any commitment.
03 — Session
Coach Arrives At The Property
The coach arrives at the agreed time. No logistics for you or your client on the day. Session runs to the agreed duration.
04 — Ongoing
Standing Bookings Available
Many PA clients run weekly standing bookings. We protect the same coach relationship and notify you in advance of any changes. One message to reschedule.
Privacy By Default
Discretion Is
Standard.
Client information — name, address, schedule, household details — is shared only with the coach assigned to that booking and only to the extent required to deliver the session. It is never used for marketing, never shared with third parties, and never retained beyond the active booking relationship.
Coaches are briefed on confidentiality as a condition of working with SwimFitz. If a client requires an NDA or specific confidentiality terms, we can accommodate that.
We also do not ask coaches to use public entrances or make visible contact with staff unless your client prefers it. Sessions are arranged to fit the household's preferences and routines.
