A Birthday Party,
Coached at Home

A party built around the activity your child loves, led by a qualified coach at your home or garden. Gymnastics is the one families ask us for most. Tell us your idea and we will see what we can put together.

Why At Home

Built Around the Birthday Child

Some children do not want a soft-play hall or an entertainer. They want to do the thing they love, with their friends watching and joining in. We can look at arranging a qualified coach to lead a party at your home or garden, built around the birthday child's favourite activity. Every party is planned with you rather than picked from a menu, so the best first step is simply to tell us what you have in mind. We will tell you honestly what we think could work, and what would not, before anything is arranged.

Will It Work Here

What your home needs

A clear room or a reasonably flat part of the garden. We will ask about the space when you enquire, and a photo helps.
A suitable floor. For gymnastics and dance the surface matters more than the size, and we will check it is right for the activity.
A grown-up nearby. Parents or carers stay responsible for the guests while the coach leads the activity.

What we talk through first

The ages of the children, roughly how many are coming, the space you have and the kind of party the birthday child would love. From that we can suggest what is realistic, including whether any equipment would be needed.

Not sure whether your space works? Send a photo with your enquiry and we will tell you honestly before anything is booked.

In Practice

Party Ideas Families Ask About

Gymnastics parties

The one we are asked for most. Simple tumbling, balances and games pitched at the children's ages and the space available. What is possible depends on the room and what equipment can be arranged, which is something we would talk through with you first.

Dance and ballet parties

A party where the children learn a short routine together and show it off at the end, often to a very proud audience of parents. A living room with a clear floor can work well.

Sports parties in the garden

Mini cricket, tennis-style games or a mix of activities for a garden full of energy. We will suggest what suits the ages and the space. Have a pool? See our swimming birthday parties.

How It Works

Four Steps

01

Tell Us Your Idea

The birthday child's age, the kind of party they would love, a rough guest count and where it would happen.

02

We Talk It Through

We come back with what we think could work for your space and your group, and anything we would suggest changing.

03

We Look For A Coach

Where we can arrange it, a vetted, DBS-checked and insured coach suited to the activity.

04

Party Day

The coach leads the activity while you look after the guests, the cake and the photos.

Questions

Birthday Parties At Home

It depends on the activity, how long the party runs and where you are. Send us your idea and we will come back with options rather than a fixed package.
It depends on the activity and the space. Gymnastics usually works best with a smaller group, and garden sports can often take more. We will advise once we know a little more.
Possibly. Ask us. If it is not something our coaches can do well, we will say so rather than stretch to it.
As early as you can, as weekend dates tend to go first. Shorter notice is still worth asking about.
Yes. The coach leads the activity, and parents or carers remain responsible for the children attending, as at any party.
